A great snack for when you’re craving a sweet treat!
To make:
- Gather 1/2 cup dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- Melt in microwave for 2 minutes on high
- Dip clementine slices in the melted chocolate
- Add sprinkles for aesthetics
If dark chocolate was used: approx 80 calories total per serving (10 slices).
If semi-sweet chocolate: approx 60 calories total per serving (10 slices).

Alright, so you want something sweet, refreshing, and isn’t made by coca-cola? Son, agua fresca is the fucking JAM. Look, all the shit you need is:
6 cups of fruit (I used cantaloupe, but you can use strawberries, pineapple, watermelon, etc)
1 cup of ice
3 cups of water
3 tablespoons of lime juice
3 tablespoons of agave or cane sugar
pinch of saltToss all that shit in a blender and zap it. Fucking done. Some people strain the blended fruit for pulp, which makes the consistency a bit more watery. Not me, I like some pulp in that shit. Every sip reminds me what I’m drinking isn’t gasoline.
Natural sugar is way better for you than that garbage they put in soda. No bitch, I don’t “wanta Fanta” go get the fuck on. Shit.

Recipe:
1/2 cup - canned white meat chicken (1/2 cup before it’s shredded)
2 TEASPOONS - wishbone light buffalo ranch

1/4 cup Fat Free Refried Beans
-microwave for 1 minuet-
add a sprinkle of shredded cheese
1 tbsp of fat free (or light) sour cream
and hot sauce for some flavor. i used tapatioit’s good to eat with a spoon, but i also like to dip gerber graduates in them. they are like cheetos but are really low in calories and pretty much dissolve right in your mouth. (like 20 pieces = 25 calories)

Just like the workout plans for August and September, Back On Pointe brings you workout plans for the month of October! However, unlike the past two months, October includes three different workout plans: a basic one like August and September’s, a student-focused one that asks for more workouts on the class-free weekends, and a beginner plan that follows a 3 days on/1 day off method.
Whatever plan you choose, and feel free to change whenever you’d like, the directions are simple: find the current date on the calendar, see what workout(s) it asks for, and pick one from each section listed for that date to do. For example, if today is says “Arms” and “General,” I’d find an arm workout and a general workout to do today.
If you’d like to write about your experiences during the month or see how others are doing, please use the tag BoP: October. By all using this tag, we can see what others are doing during the month and send others encouragement along the way.
During the month, remember that you should take as many rest days as you need, modify any workouts that you cannot do, stay hydrated, get more low-intensity cardio, and eat well.
